MAG wildlife & pest control offers the worst service ever seen. They didn't complete the four sessions treatment to eliminate cockroaches in my place but they did charge for 10 sessions. Waste of money!!! Don't hire this pest control company service. Unfortunately, I made a wrong decision hiring them. I am hopeful the review will be beneficial for the folks that are looking for a good pest control company to not hire this company service at all.

This guy is extremely inconsistent, unprofessional, and lacks communication and punctuality. I initially hired him 3 months ago. The first service went great and we scheduled for 6pm four weeks later. The day of the second appointment he told me he could only do noon because he was leaving town that same day (despite having already scheduled for 6pm) so I had to reschedule for the following week. We scheduled what would have been our third session another four weeks later, at 6 pm. The day of the appointment, I heard nothing from him. When I followed up, at 5pm, he told me that again we'd have to reschedule for the next day because he was out of town. The following day he told me "next week" because he's staying out of town. There are plenty of pest control services in Miami, do not bring your business here.

Don't use this company !!! this company serviced our property a few month ago for termites and now termites still active ! we have a lot of damages on our property !!!
don't trust this company they don't have warranty for their jobs and don't know what they doing !
