I hired Ahmed and Yusuf to remodel two bathrooms and the entire project was done extremely poorly. I made several complaints, but after they received payment, Ahmed would turn hostile and argue every detail. They promised to return to fix some of the major issues, but they have completely disappeared. These folks don’t have the skills to do the project or the eye to spot defects; and worst of all, they are untrustworthy and hostile when their work is criticized.

Ahmed arrived at my house on a Saturday, when it was most convenient for me, and went right to work replacing my kitchen faucet. He was professional, fast and very careful to keep everything clean and dry. To save me money, he recommended that I contact Delta Faucets to get a refund on the replacement faucet I purchased from them, which has a lifetime guarantee. I assumed that, without a receipt, a refund wasn't likely, but to my amazement, a receipt wasn't necessary ... just pictures of the old faucet, which are included with this review. I am thrilled with the work Ahmed did, his great advice, and with the competitive price he gave me. I will absolutely use Ahmed again! He's truly a master plumber.

I found MAG Plumbing and Remodeling via Yelp on a Saturday morning when I needed an emergency gas pipe fix. Ahmed arrived quickly and gave the whole area a thorough inspection. He was able to demonstrate that the total pipe replacement I thought I needed was not needed -- meaning he doesn't do unnecessary work and charge extra! After learning that he does regular plumbing as well, I asked him to look at a leaky toilet which he was able to tackle immediately with supplies from his truck. Ahmed was pleasant, direct and professional. After dealing with a long line of unreliable handyman guys over the years, I will definitely call on MAG again if I need a plumbing or remodeling issue tackled (or if I need a referral to someone else), as I got a really good feeling of confidence from Ahmed.

Ahmed returned several months later to replace my kitchen faucet which had a broken water hose. Once again working effectively and efficiently. And when the water pressure unexpectedly dropped several days later, he came out on a Sunday to diagnose a blockage in the new water hose due to the hard water, which he fixed quickly. I continue to highly recommend Ahmed Khaled and Mag Plumbing.
