Like the reviews before me, I had a package that was set to be delivered by this company. I started to think something was up when it was "Out for delivery" for two days. At 6:19 PM I get notification that my package was delivered, but no one came to my door or showed up on camera. I check my phone again and the time stamp delivery shows as 11:01 PM - a time that hasn't even happened yet! I call their dispatch, who pretty much already has a memorized speech simply saying "someone else might have come around and took it." She tells me she will contact the driver and call me back, which I never received a call back about. Seeing the other reviews, it happens too often with this company, that's probably just in the business of stealing packages. IF you can avoid having a delivery by this company, please do.

One star is one star too much. This is the worst experience I have ever had With a delivery service. The status of my package was pending for days. After the estimated delivery date passed without any updates, I called. I was told to give it 2 more days. The status was changed to delivered, but my package was never delivered to me. I called left messages sent emails and no one has reached back out to me. Never again.

The worst delivery service ever! I have never left a review for any business until now. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery experience, and I can’t believe a company like Crate and Barrel would use them.

Zero stars, delivered 2 packages after 11pm. Who does that?! The most unprofessional delivery service I have ever come across. They make FedEx & UDS look excellent.

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a rather expensive item from CB2 back in December of 2023, with a delivery date of 01/12/2024. That date came and went, but that same week the central US had a pretty bad snow storm, so I figured the package was simply delayed due weather.

More than two weeks passed and I still hadn't received my package, I called CB2 directly and they ensured me that they would track the package through Inland and would get back to me. That same day the status of the package went from "package scanned in at delivery station 01-12-2023" to "out for delivery 01-24-2024" but only after my call.

I waited a few more days to see if they would arrive. They didn't, so I called Inland directly myself. The customer service agent I spoke to was nice enough, and I knew they couldn't do much themselves, but they guaranteed me that the item would arrive the next day. Again, it didn't. I called Inland directly again, and asked to speak with a manager who could connect me with the warehouse dispatcher directly. They told me that was not possible in any way. Frustrated, I asked them to make note of the situation, after which I received an email stating the issues with the order and I was again guaranteed that the order would be placed on the truck that night and be delivered first thing today, 01/27/2024. Once again, no package so I called once more only to find out that yet again the package was not placed on the truck the night prior, and that there was no manager or warehouse dispatcher to speak to about the situation.

Once again, I want to mention that the customer service agents were very kind, patient, and understanding. It must suck to have to deal with issues like this on the daily, so they have my condolences. The same goes for the CB2 agents.

I just do not understand how a company as large and popular as CB2 (Crate & Barrel) uses a company that blatantly lies to its customers, and lets packages sit at the warehouse for weeks on end. Hopefully they get tired of offering refunds and discounts, and just stop using Inland Logistics altogether.

Just like everyone else reviewing this company, if I could give them less than 1 star I would. Submitted an order with CB2 / Crate & Barrel on 3/23/2024... it's been sitting in their NJ warehouse (Carlstadt, NJ) since 3/28/2024. Was supposed to be delivered on 4/1/2024, it's now 4/5/2024 and have called numerous times to figure out where the package is located with no luck. Have called on 3 separate days to be told the same thing about taking down my information and be given a call later that day for updated information... and that never happens.

Have been told it will be delivered on 4/6/2024 and I'm pretty sure the groups consensus of not having the package ever delivered with no helpful alternative except for calling the product company back and having them expedite another shipment with a separate carrier.

If you can choose your carrier choose any business except Inland Logistics. They will not deliver your package and only cause you stress and discomfort.

Delivery came and it wasn’t broken, but they showed up at 1:45am. All I can say is that was very unprofessional.

You probably won't have any choice but to have this company ship a product you order to you but if you do have a choice, avoid. This company has taken 14 days to get a package half way across the country. For 5 days, this item has been sitting in the NJ office, 30 minutes from where I live. For 12 hours, it's been allegedly out for delivery. This company completely fails at doing the one thing they claim to specialize in and that's actually transport something from point A to point B.
