Harsh attitude avoid to visiting their hotel Rahul palace nagpur He doesn't provide even saop to the rooms.buffet are to overrated price...speciality of hotel is human behaviour is low kind comparison to Animals .....please don't waste your money and precious time on this water hotel

*Foreigners BEWARE*

This by far is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. My family checked-in with my partner from Australia and two receptionists did the check-in. When we were sitting to order food the hotel manager came and said that they cannot let foreign nationals stay. Reason? “We don’t do it”. We kept asking why don’t they let them stay and they made some vague baseless stories.

Ps. I am from hotel industry and know hotel policies A to Z.

Upon telling them that they cannot refuse check-in to a foreign national and we want to contact nearest passport office, they allowed my partner to stay. They simply had to fill up a C-form. What a disgusting act to first check-in someone and then tell them to leave a hotel just because you are too lazy to fill up a form. Hotel Manager had no empathy or sense that we travelled a long trip and would need some rest.

Rooms are large but very worn out and needs a lot of maintenance. We changed 3 rooms and all ACs were not working each time. Our final room’s AC dripped water whole night and we couldn’t sleep at all.

Staffs are poorly or not trained at all. There are no eating options near the hotel so you will have to dine in-house which is a bit expensive. Service staff were kind and helpful. They tried their best but they cannot surpass management.

In short, AVOID this hotel unless you want to ruin your transit/stay or waste money. Not recommended at all.

Do not be fooled by its exterior! It was a nice, cozy and clean place to stay at. Hot and cold shower taps, room service and firm yet comfortable beds were the highlight. In terms of amenities, there isn't much, but the staff are very friendly, and will do their best to accommodate your request. If you are looking for a stayover during travelling, or with a family that's not fussy, this place is a good option.

Third Class Hotel. I have stayed in various hotels in various places, but this was the one which was my worst experience. We had booked 3 rooms prior in advance. After coming to the hotel they were struggling for next 1.5 hrs to give the room in ready position. There was no cleaning at all in all 3 rooms. Even after requesting for 5 to 6 times they were unable to provide basic items like towel, soap, shampoo and height is that we all took a bath without soap, without shampoo and without towel. We demanded for one extra bed prior in advance and we had to literally fight with them to make that arrangement of extra bed in the room for which they were agreed while booking the rooms. Worst thing was that he put that extra gaadi (mattress) on the floor which was not at all clean and complete floor was filled with lots of dust. We had to show that room service guy to open his blind eyes and check if he can see the dust on the floor or not. There was no hot water available, no television was working, there was no mug in the bathroom. Rooms were smelling like hell. I had to wear face mask while our stay in the room. I requested for water bottle and even after 20 minus nobody came to give water bottle, so finally I hade to go personally to collect the water bottle. So hopeless, so dirty, so bad service, total waste of time and money if you stay here in this hotel. Think 1000 times before you book any room in this hotel. If someone offer me the room at free of cost then also I will not stay at this third class hotel.

I am a student. it's locations is good. the rahal palace is in front of modern college. No need to go anywhere. the room is good . you can study well . generally for a one night stay i paid 1300 rupees but in case if you check in at 11 pm or check out at 7.30 am so you have to pay 600.

"I had a disappointing experience with Rahul Palace in Wadi. Despite speaking with them over the phone during the booking process, the service upon arrival was below par. Mr. Santosh and the reception staff exhibited rude behavior and a bad attitude, which marred what should have been a pleasant stay. Communication during booking should reflect the service received, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case here."
Mr. Santosh even didn't respect his job he should be honest with his work because of him hotel Rahul palace lossed booking of 15000 and regular coustomers.

Best place to stay near midc road. There's a hard to find such stay in this area. The rooms were clean as well as the staff was super friendly.

Room itna bada tha aur uske samne uska toilet utna Chhota tha aur uske toilet mein itni badbu a rahi thi ki humko chai ke nahin jaaye kyunki raat ko 2:45 baj chuke the aur humko Sona tha aur aage journey karni thi isliye ham so gaye vahan per uske bande Ko maine bola ki aapke toilet washroom mein badbu a rahi hai so please well maintain your hotel thank you so much
