If I could, I'd give them no star! I had a project deadline so I asked if they can ship via USPS Prioriry before I placed an order. They said they will, just to get my business. When the order was ready they left me a voice message at the end of their day saying USPS came early so they could not ship with Priority and asked me if they can ship via a faster FedEx or UPS service so I can get it on time. I called them back right away but no one picked up or responded to my emails until next day and they said it was shipped via FedEx Ground which took more days for me to receive.

They charged $18 for shipping, and I lost a lot of money because these were delayed, so when I asked them to refund me the shipping because they didn't ship with the service I requested nor did they use a faster FedEx or UPS service (which is what they said in their voice mail), they refused to refund and didn't care to take any responsibiility!

Highly Unprofessional and Irrisponsible team! If you have a strict timeline, don't rely on what they say about their processing or shipping.
