The worst place ever, receptionist rather talk among themselves than to help the huge line at hand. The nurses and doctors are nice and polite but they are way over booked! Waited for a room to open up for over an hour, waited for the doctor to come in and do a simple physical for another 50 minutes.

I have never visited a more friendly urgent care facility in my life! Everyone was nice from the first to last interaction. The procedures were exactly as explained and the system from intake to discharge was perfect. I was really impressed. Thank you

The ladies at the front desk were not Nice I felt very much rushed and when I was asked a question and I would try to answer or explain a situation. I was cut off when I was finally helped in the back for a drug test. I felt the same way. I would try to ask a question about what was needed for a job. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking her three questions however, when I was doing my physical, the gentleman was very nice. He was the only one that made me feel comfortable. I believe he was Mexican short. and he was walking with a limp he was very nice

I got here at 740am...it is now past 940am and I have yet to have my physical done and I still need to do my drug screen! This place is ridiculous! They're excuse was "others had appointments" I was the 3rd person in line for a physical this morning! Which they said I couldn't make an appointment for when I came in yesterday afternoon! They have 2 providers yet they are taking 2 hours for 3 patients ahead of me! They asked if I wanted a snack while I wait in a robe for the past 1.5 hrs waiting to be seen like that was going to make it better or something! This place is ridiculous ?

The staff was very friendly and thorough and the office was nice, clean, and comfortable. I arrived in the morning and was told to return at 1:30pm because they had maxed out on walk-ins for physicals. I asked if I would have to wait after returning and was told I would be called straight back, once I return. After returing, I was called back very quickly as promised. However, I waited 1.5-2 hours in the exam room for a less than 5 minute exam. Although it wasn't in the waiting room, I still waited an extended period of time for an appointment. I appreciate the effort of having me return but I was mislead.

Went in for random drug alcohol tests for job.
This place can be extremely busy. I was very fortunate it wasn’t upon arriving on a Monday afternoon.
They got me in and out in less than an hour.
The staff was pleasant and respectful. Thank you all for the effort to get people processed quickly!

The receptionist are all so nice they are very helpful and they don’t have to do the things they do like deliver water juice and snacks all the ti e smiling

Great experience very well, organized everyone all checked in as a team and double checked each other and reminded each other of what things that didn’t they need to do in the area where I went to I was getting A physical very well organized I was in and out of there and in no time and the place was pretty busy and everybody on staff had something to do and they all checked on each other and double check for each other. Everyone else knew what their job was. They all had their little Mike talking to each other, pretty cool Manager who their manager is kudos for her
