I had a pre employment drug screening, I got there maybe like 830 and was registered and out the door by 9. Really fast, however the medical assistant did say it gets busy later during the afternoon. The bathroom and office were clean as well.

Nothing urgent about this place. take a tape recorder because they offer no paperwork on your condition when the exam is done. the doctor hides and the person up front who wants you to do paperwork tells you to go back to work. back to work. they obviously work for the insurance people. Just my hurting arm opinion. I hope it gets better. I have no instructions, other than light duty. see me in three weeks. they probably never heard about R.I.C.E. Maybe they just forgot to give me more paperwork. I would be looking up what to do. This place is a waste of your time and money. Unfortunately, I have to go back there, because I have to be a good patient to get better on this work comp insurance. Anyone wants to know more, this is me.

Worse place to get a drug screen completed! Waited over an hour, used the restroom twice while waiting to be called!!!! Lady in the front desk should fired, poor customer service!

Staff are friendly and professional in dealing with their patients. Dr. Miller pls continue to cheer up your patients. Thank you for your exceptional service.

To CVCC. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I show up to this place to do drug screen as required by my employer after waiting for over an hour and a half I finally was taken care of. I really needed to relieve my bladder so all I wanted to do was to give sample and do paperwork later and that set off the nurse (Carrasco). I had questions regarding the drug test . In a very rudely manner a was told to ask my employer I was in the process of asking my employer and she told me I was ready to go I told her I knew that. She ended up throwing me my paper with results and saying she was going to file a complaint for my unprofessional behavior. If anybody is misbehaving it's her. ? ( I do not recommend this place to anyone)

If I could give them zero stars.. I would. There is a pregnant worker there I think her name is Monica..omg rude,rude,rude and rude. Oh ya and NOONE there wears masks. I didn't have a choice, I had to go there. What an awful experience. I don't know why employers would send anyone there.

This is an awful location. For starters their equipment is super outdated and hardly works. I had to redo my hearing test twice because they said I didn’t press the button at all when I was. Also I made a 10:45 appointment and didn’t get seen till and hour later...now I’m waiting another hour to be seen by the doctor, just for the doctor to clear my paper work. Employers, don’t send your workers here.

Dont know what they actually do there but I'm far from impressed. My four year old daughter fell, and I was worried about something broken or dislocated. Drove to the urgent care. First off, the place looked empty. There was no one in the waiting room and I had trouble locating where the patient care rep even was. The patient care representative wouldnt even look at us and seemed put out by our presence. They said they wouldnt do anything because they dont have x ray capabilities. So, what did they actually do? They told us to go to the er. Maybe you could go there If you have a cold but don't bother going for actual urgent things.
