Well, despite a little issue with delivering goods staff sorted things quickly and they have been very friendly. The site is massive but seems to be well organised and managed. It doesn't say on the intercom but for Bookers it's second from the top button 😉 You're welcome.

Never been in here longer than 30 minutes, staff are always polite and friendly. The worst bit is having to sit in drivers waiting area listening to all the crap from the big super truckers!

Simple place to deliver but two issues.
1. It doesn't matter if you have 1 pallet or 52. you're there for an hour minimum.
2. My God, the waiting room chairs have to be the most uncomfortable chairs to sit on.

Not a bad tip staff on booker desk are friendly only 3 booker bays on chilled but not usually a long wait to tip not the worst place to go better than Tesco (bookers is in the Tesco rdc)

Can't complain. Staff are friendly enough but can be a hit or a miss on tipping times. Gotta take the good with the bad, sometimes 30 minutes another time 2 hours+ but that's logistics.

Well bookers and tesco have managed to go all out in creating yet another wait fest with horrible waiting room. Really outdoing yourselves as one of the main rdcs that people don't want to go to. How hard can it be to actually have staff unloading trailers most are over 3 hours wait time today. Avoid if possible
