I hired this company to remodel the bathrooms of my house on the recommendation of a family friend, thinking that they were going to do an excellent job for me. Still, the truth was that everything was a problem and a great disappointment at the end of the work.

When Marcelo went to my house the first time to give the estimate, he gave us confidence and security that the work was going to turn out well and that all his workers were professionals and that the work was going to be ready in two weeks and they took one month and a week to do it. The person who did the bathroom with Durock and sheetrock, the cuts were uneven; every time I asked, they told me not to worry that it was not visible and would fix it. The people who did the tile did not put them so that the lines were even; they were not level because when you are standing, or you pass your hand, you feel the unevenness, the cut of the tiles is not even or straight, the circular holes to give the plumbing are not appropriately measured and when the showers and faucets were installed the hole was visible. The plumbing had problems more than twice; the mirror above the vanity and the outlets were too out of level, which can be seen as soon as you enter the bathroom. The fan was installed wrong, and they broke it, they didn't say anything, we told them on several occasions to fix it because it looked loose, but when my husband fixed it, we realized what had happened and covered up what they did. We had to buy another fan and install it. When we saw the grout they put in the shower, we realized it could not be placed in areas where the waterfalls. The installation of the showers did not go well; when we told them, they told us to call the manufacturer and give them the complaint.

I give them one star because I can't give them zero. I do not recommend them; do not waste your money with them. They scam you.
