The owner of this outfit, TRULY, lacks any sort of personal code ethics, and in my opinion, moral compass.
My experience highlighted an invariably dishonest individual, as well as clearly unprofessional--including imploring individuals to work for him whom lack appropriate training and certifications, YET regularly "over-billing" his customers. I quickly observed these few employees seeming far to willing to look the other way regarding the dishonest/"potentially illegal" business practices (and that's just the few exploits I became aware of in the short time "coping" w/this debacle).
Take-away>> the primary focus & energy at Mag Stainless is spent on an attempt to build an income source, NOT a reputable business. This agenda was observed byway of seemingly "shady" cost-minimizing tactics-- cutting corners both on the job--relating to actual workmanship, performance & technicalities), & delegating work to unqualified individuals whom lack the certifications & experience standards to manage the skills & responsibilities.
This puts the most $ possible back in the company's pocket...despite the "cost"/consequences to & for all others.
The actions mentioned, resulting in complete disinterest for professionalism, integrous & quality work, including, as noted, employing individuals whom lack the educational certifications, qualifications, safety training, & experience to offer the consumer a service, let alone work deemed "quality". (Assuming the latter is likely a decision relating to the bottom line via minimizing payroll expenses...enough that is feasible, while still coasting under any "governing radar".)
The long-term consequences/hazards, etc. resulting from the (what I personally see as) obvious & appalling disregard this character inflicts on his customers and employees is despicable.
STEER CLEAR.
